Tasks not getting created after Enterprise Role request is approved (v2021)

We have created a test Enterprise role and added auto approval workflow for role addition in Global Config, but once the request is approved no tasks are generated for the entitlements added in the role.

Similar config is working fine in v5.5 sp3.12 but not in v2021

We had two entitlements in the role one for AD and one for a DB application, and after running the job the DB add access tasks got created but not for AD Application.

User already has AD Account and add access tasks can be created via API, any reason why tasks might not be created when requested via enterprise role?

Does ad entitlement is active & not already assigned to account ?

Yes, AD entitlement is Active and is not assigned to user, I am able to create add access tasks for the same entitlements with Postman so it seems their is something with the enterprise role itself, but I have checked everything and compared with the DB based application, security systems and endpoints are configured with mostly similar settings.

Hi Yogesh,

Please check your AD entitlement Type , change the Request - Option to "None (Create Task)" or select some value other than None and then try raising role request. It should work. 🙂
