Tasks not getting completed for Emergency role request for SNOW connector

I am doing PoC with service now connector.

While raising role request for emergency role via standard users and admin users , the New account task and Add access tasks getting created as expected.

SRQ is generated and then on closure of SRQ in SNow portal and then running the wsretry job , the tasks are not getting completed. I can see the status is getting pulled from Snow to Saviynt , but the tasks remain in progress state. 

Could you please help.

Tried the above json still didnt work .

Can you please confirm if the response received is captured under "successResponses" - "statusCodes"

Ensure the block is updated correctly with expected values.
