Task creation email for manual provisionning team

Hey,

we have been trying to configure emails for our manual provisionning team when they receive tasks for disconnected applications in Saviynt. We tried using the multi-step provisionning owners field to identify the user (or user group) in charge of completing the tasks but can't seem to be able to send an email to these users for task creation.

The only way we've been able to notify the users for disconnected tasks is by using Owners variable in the endpoint, by assigning a user group or user as owner, and using the tag ${task.endpoint.ownersEmail} an email does get sent.

Now is this approach viable? Or would it be better to use the multi-step provisionning owners for task creation instead? If so, what tag is available for this so the email can send to the correct users?

We were told to use assignee.email but that dosn't work either

@PascalMontreuil :  assignee.email will work if you notify the email from WF and use as email template on Grant block. But if you want to notify using endpoint email template then use ${owners.join(',')}

@BMurphy :Use ${owners.join(',')} to notify Multi-Step Provisioning Owners.
