Task Complete does not send one email per entitlement

When the email templates are set up for Task Complete at the endpoint level, Saviynt does not send one email per entitlement.
 
We want to add or remove entitlements for the accounts, and after the job is finished, an email for each entitlement should be sent.
Saviynt only sends one email when the tasks are completed through the job, however, we were expecting three ones.
 
This is something that occurs in 3 different environments 5.5SP3.
 
Follow the instructions below to replicate the problem:
  • Go to Admin-> Identity Repository -> Role -> Search for a role
  • Open the role and go to Users -> Add a user to the role.
  • Complete the tasks with the job.
  • At this time we expect one email per entitlement, but only receive one.

In the logs I see the "taskEmailTemplatesList size: 1" I expected to be "taskEmailTemplatesList size: 3" one per each entitlement.

Attached are the logs obtained when recreating the issue.

We looked at the global configurations, but we're not sure if there's a feature that has to be turned on.

I tested it with Task Create, and it worked; the three emails were sent. However, we need to make use of the task complete action.

 

Can you guys help us determine whether we need to activate any configurations to send one email per entitlement when email templates are set up at the endpoint level? Alternatively will you kindly advise us on how to configure it?

Request Completion Email are sent per request hence here only 1 email will be sent per request. This is expected behavior

Thanks @rushikeshvartak  Do you know if is there a way to send one per entitlement?

Unfortunately no. since when task will be completed, else you could have used analytics report to send notification.

but logically requirement is weird as consider 100 entitlement added to user so sending 100 emails
