We have two users, 'abc' and 'xyz', who are coming from different HR systems, HR1 and HR2, respectively.
Requirement:
We want to set user 'xyz' as the manager of user 'abc' in Saviynt.
Issue:
User 'xyz' is not coming as a manager via the HR1 feed, and it is not possible to define this relationship in the HR system. If we manually set user 'xyz' as the manager of user 'abc' in Saviynt, it gets overridden after the next HR1 sync.
Is there a way to set user 'xyz' as the manager of user 'abc' in Saviynt directly, so it does not get overridden after the next HR feed?

Hi @dubeank in the HR1 feed, do not map the manager attribute so that it won't override the existing manager information after it is set on Saviynt.

@naveenss: Thank you so much for your response.
In our case, we need to map the manager attribute of the HR1 feed because many users are coming with the correct manager details. To make it more clear, we have this issue only for a few users (managing directors) who are coming via the HR1 feed and they want to report to the CEO of the company (who is coming via the HR2 feed).
Thanks
