SuccessFactors is deprecating OAuth IdP API /oauth/idp. What is the alternative approach?

Hi,

We have Success Factor in scope for integration and used the Saviynt REST API connector with OAuth2 as the authentication.  Few days back we have got an update from the Success Factor team that they have deprecated the API and going to stop the support soon

what am I looking for in the link to "SAP KBA 2613670 - What are the available APIs for SuccessFactors?"? I could not find an alteranative to the depricated API.

The /oauth/idp API is not directly related to the SFAPI or OData APIs. You can use /oauth/idp to generate SAML asserertions which are needed for the OAuth2 bearer token authentication.

Additionally I noticed that the application onboarding for SAP SuccessFactors uses this API call as well:

Is there a timeline for a solution or will this remain an open problem for now?
