SSO configuration in 23.5 version

Hi Team,

We implemented SSO in 23.5 version referring the beta version document : https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v23x/page/Content/Chapter06-EIC-Configurations/Config...

We followed the same steps :

We asked idp.xml file from customers and uploaded in EIC and then we have activated the SSO .

But when we verified the SSO configuration it gives us trouble signing in error like the user is not part of group and to contact administrator.

Can someone please help me in resolving this issue?

Thanks,

Vidhya

Hello @Vidhya,

check the user-lookup value which is set, and the user is using the correct username for login.

Thanks,

Hi @Vidhya,

Please check the IDP side if the user is added to the correct group. you need to schedule a troubleshooting session with IDP team.

Suman

Hello @Vidhya,

Please validate if the entity id matches sp.xml and the alias in the authentication. Groovy file.
and also validate on your IDP side.

We were told to follow this document : https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v23x/page/Content/Chapter06-EIC-Configurations/Config....

And it did not ask sp.xml file to upload. We have uploaded only idp.xml

Hello @Vidhya,
Please check if the SP file is present under the IDP configuration.
Go Under Setting, Under IDP Configuration, and check for the entity id,
PFA screenshot for same.
