Specific SAV role cannot complete "Re-configure" Campaigns and the role has other issues as well

Issue 1:

We have a SAV role that can not complete this process. In addition, there is not permission to "Edit" a campaign just like the default ADMIN has. These issues are happening despite the correct Feature accesses.

 
Here you can see some of the feature accesses of that role relating to Campaigns and still it is not working.

Also there is no permission to "Activate, Delete and Edit" actions for campaign in PREVIEW mode.

Issue 2:

There are limited permission for this SAV role to view completed attestations compared to ROLE_ADMIN, for example Action column. This is happening regardless of the feature accesses. See screenshots below:

What can we do to fix these issues?

Hi @KasperT 

Can you add 'All Campaign Certification Review Access' and remove the 'All Campaign Certification View Access' to the sav role and try again? The view access opens the campaign in read-only mode.

Does person is owner of campaign ?
