We want to show only the conflicting roles(functions) as highlighted in yellow and don’t want to show the (Parent Entitlement, Violating Entitlement, Violation Role)

Use Case - We have an audit control team who manages the open violations in the system. Whenever a violation is re-opened (moved from risk accepted to open) the audit control team does the manual follow ups (outside Saviynt) with the user to check whether they still need the access or not. Based on the input from user they either remediate or apply mitigation control.
Question – Is there a way we do all the follow ups from with in Saviynt for the re-opened violations through recertification/workflow or some other way?

For point 1, you can go in Admin > Settings > User Interface Branding Configuration, and use "Manage Labels" feature, and search for "sod.business" to change the "Business Justification" label :
For "History" label, do the same and search for "sod.history", and change the given label

Thank you so much for the solution. It is working fine for Business Justification, but History label change is not working.
After making the History label change, we have restarted the server, but it is still not reflecting.
