SNOW ticket : Not able to push Short Description and Description to SNOW ticket.

Hi team,

In the Security system, if I map the connection name and run the provision in the SNOW ticket I'm not able to see the Description.

whereas if I unmap the connection name then Im able to see the description in the ticket. 

Any reason why this behavior?
