Single Sign-On Does Not Work After Configuration

Hello, everyone.

I am trying to achieve user login with SSO using Okta.
Since v23.3, the method of SSO has been updated, and I have configured SAML integration in that way.
(The settings are as shown in the following image.)

However, after 20 minutes, the SSO configuration has not been applied and local authentication is still possible.
I tried EIC restart just to be sure, but the result was the same.

I think this is due to the lack of settings I did, but does it mean that there is something I need to edit other than the Single Sign-On settings screen in Settings?
For example, I didn't change the AuthenticationConfig.groovy file this time.

Are you still facing the issue with SSO?? Because restart job some times might take longer than 20 mins, making sure if you still have the issue.

If you still have the issue, please raise a support incident so that our support team can take a look at it.
