We have created attached one simple technical rule for AD groups but its not triggering to the users where this condition is satisfying. We are importing the users through API calls. Please suggest.

Is the group that you are trying to assign Active in Saviynt?
Also have you checked the logs , like what is happening when the user import happens. This will give some more idea.
Thanks

@Diwakar Can you share more details on the rule configured? New user or is it being triggered through user update rule?

Hi Sai,
Its happening with new user when we try to create the user through API calls by reconciliation Jobs in Saviynt. Its also checking the technical rules which we can see clearly in logs but groups are not being assigned as per the technical rules we have written. Please suggest.

If you are testing this, can you just switch to advanced query and create a new user and see if it works?

@Diwakar There is a feature called execution trail can you validate the failed or non processed rules?
