Show all Entitlements irrespective of the Account Type

Hi Rushi,

In case we wish to show all entitlements that start from J* and JZ*, irrespective of whatever the Account Type is, do we still have to mention all the account types, in Config For Available Entitlement In Service Account?

Like this: ev.entitlement_value like '%J%'

But this does not work
