SFTP ExternalJarJob issue: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

We are trying to pull csv files from a SFTP location. We have setup a JAR for this purose.

The JAR file is working perfectly fine in Saviynt Test instance. But, in Saviynt Production we are facing the issue:   

com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out.java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

We have the same configuration and same JAR file in both Test and Prod. We are not able to figure out what could be causing this issue. We have also tried increasing the timeout value in SFTP Jar code. 

Also, this error is not persistent in Saviynt Prod. The job is also getting successful at times.

Could it be a firewalll issue from the server side?

Check with Saviynt Ops team (Freshdesk ticket) whether request for SFTP is going through SC2 or Internal and find out if there are any network packet loss / firewall issue with client
