ServiceNow request not getting closed even though request is completed in saviynt-SCTASKS still open

Hi,

We have configured saviynt app for serviceNow. Currenty we have setup workflow engine as Saviynt. once request is submitted in servicenow, it creates the request in saviynt however once request is completed in saviynt, it doesnt relfect the status in snow. 

When we try to refresh the history from RITM page, it says, catalog tasks are still open. Can anyone provide the pointers why catalog tasks(SCTASKS) are still open even though request is completed.

How to close these SCTASKS? Are those created by SaviyntApp? What is the expected behavior?
