How can I create multiple catalog items for a Single Saviynt endpoint? By default there is 1 catalog item generated... how can I create additional? For example, I want to have 2 catalog for AD requests for a single AD endpoint.

Hi @gle ,

As per my understanding, we cannot create more than one Catalog Item in ServiceNow for the same Endpoint in Saviynt. There can only be one catalog item per Endpoint.

@gle , I agree with Sahaj. We cannot create more than one catalog item for same endpoint. Can you please let us know what exactly are we trying to achieve with multiple catalog items for same endpoint?

Hi @pruthvi_t there are a number of uses cases all around making the Catalog simple and friendly for business users. For an endpoint such as Azure AD, there are thousands of entitlements and it can be overwhelming for end-users, especially when there are only a few hundred that the majority of end-users need.  Furthermore, multiple Catalogs per endpoint makes it easier to integrate with existing Catalog items which were built prior to Saviynt.

For example, for Azure AD we would like to have one Catalog for requesting groups and a separate Catalog for request licenses and roles. This would also allow us to control the audience on the ServiceNow side. So we could only show the license and role Catalog item to technical users as example. Thanks!

You can use the Endpoint Filter capability of AD and REST connector to create separate endpoints for different access grouping. this would then create separate catalog items for you in SNOW.
