Hi all,
We have a requirement to integrate Service Now as a request form with Saviynt. (Customer would like to keep the approvals also in Service Now). We have suggested two approaches:
- IGA App
- API Based
Customer has the following questions with respect to these options:
- What is the level of customization possible with IGA App forms? Can they rebrand it completely and use their existing forms? Also can they use their existing Catalogs instead of Saviynt catalog when IGA app is used?
- For audit purposes can they bring in requestor and approver details from Service Now to Saviynt with both these options - call Saviynt APIs from Service Now/ use IGA App
Any information on the above will be highly appreciated.

We have already gone through the Saviynt - Service Now integrations documents available in Freshdesk as well as document portal (basically both are same)
One key question that came from customer for which we could not find answer in these documentation is what I am looking here:
- If Customer go with both Request and Approval in Service Now, for audit purposes is it possible to pull in requestor and approver details from Service Now to Saviynt with any of these options ? - IGA App or API Based
