Service Account selection of Account Owner

Hello,

we are working with AD Service Accounts.

A) Is there any way to customize the Account Owner selection? We need to limit the selection to ONE user (no user group) and the user must have a specific account type.

B) Can a dynamic attribute refer to a selected Account Owner? We need to show the department and city of the selected Account Owner in a dynamic attribute.

1. Not possible, As an alternative you try to handle the logic in WF and validate that request has only Rank1 Owner but not any other rank owner or group
2. I don't think there is a parameter we can refer to selected owner which can be utilized in DA

This is missing functionality with product and It will be released in upcoming version

• There should be control on Rank Number

• There should be option to hide User/User Group

• There should be advance query option to filter out User/User Groups

• There should option to make some ranks Mandatory
