service account ownership transfer is not happening in to one user to another.

Dear team,

I kindly request clear information regarding the issue of service account ownership not being processed in the system. It is imperative that the file is uploaded in CSV format and that the users' condition is set to active. However, despite these conditions being met, the transfer of ownership is still not occurring

Could you kindly provide a detailed snapshot of the information extracted from the logs, encompassing errors and other pertinent functionality details encountered during the execution of this process? Your assistance in furnishing this information would greatly aid in the analysis and resolution of any issues .

@lakshman : Based on details provided I assume you are trying to change the ownership of service account by uploading a CSV file, If so please share the CSV format you have used(please mask the sensitive information).
