Hi,
We have reconciled Account Owners via Active Directory and since we cannot recon Owners, we tried uploading the owner via csv file.
However, this is not working.
Below is the csv snapshot:
And we get the following error:

Please cross check the endpoint name provided in CSV. Other fields looks good.

Hi @AshishDas ,
Can you try using the attached format, excluding the username.
Service accounts do not have direct correlations with user identities.
Also, the error is related to the endpoint and sec system names, make sure that the endpoint name is being used in the csv file (not displayname), also while uploading the correct security system needs to be selected.

From error it seems like you have provided wrong endpoint name. Make sure to provide endpoint name and not endpoint display name in CSV.
Are uploading it through UI or Shema upload? While uploading though UI, make sure to map correct header with correct value in CSV wherever you see Select/Ignore in preview.
