Service Account Management and UAR

Hi,

A few questions around the Service Accounts :

1. When we open the Accounts from Identity Repository and go to any account object, then within the that account, there is a separate tab named Owner which shows the owner of that Account.
But when we open Users from Identity Repository and open any User Identity profile, then there is nothing on the UI which shows a list of accounts for which the selected user is an Owner.

2. Can UAR be launched on Service Accounts ? If yes, will that UAR be automatically directed to the Service Account owner ?

Hi Varun,

1. That is correct. When a user is the owner of an account, it is not displayed on the user profile. It is only displayed on the account profile. This will be an enhancement request which will be routed to https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/ portal.

2. Yes UAR can be launched for Service Accounts. Make sure you set the rank for the  Service Account owner as 'Primary Certifer'. This way the UAR will be directed to the Service Account owner.

#1 - As a workaround ,This can be viewed from view existing access tile.
