Service Account Change Password is updating user should change the password on next logon setting

When the user is using Change Password for Service Account tile to change the password for service accounts, the password is getting updated in AD with setting as user should change the password at next login.

We don't have any configuration in RESETANDCHANGEPASSWRDJSON in AD connector, when we do the regular account change password, that value is not getting set up.

Any ideas on how to fix this or is this the OOTB behaviour of AD connector.
