secondary owner need to be added while creating campaign.

Hi everyone,

Our requirement is to provide campaign access to secondary owner, so that they can manage when primary owner is not available. We suggested using usergroup as campaign owner, but it will be hard to keep track who owns that particular campaign because user group will be listed as campaign owner in the dashboard.

Do we have any option to update secondary owner while creating a campaign? or is there any settings need to be updated in global configuration to have option to add another user while creating user manager campaign.

Campaign owner is a drop down and hence we can only add an individual user as the owner (and not a user group)

There is no option to add secondary owner also.

Campaign Owner

Specify a user as the Owner of the campaign. Campaign owners have the capability to preview a campaign even before launching it to prevent erroneous certification launch. The Campaign owner can also add additional certifiers to the campaigns.

Secondary owner is not possible currently. Instead you can add a user group as the campaign owner to make multiple users as the campaign owners.

Currently, having a secondary owner is not feasible. However, you can designate a user group as the campaign owner, enabling multiple users to act as campaign owners.
