Hi Team,
We have several SAV files configured that takes care of account import for different endpoints.
Let's say we have 15 sav files configured. Ex: app1.sav, app2.sav,......., app15.sav
And each SAV file will expect a csv data file that starts with SAV file name like app1.sav will expect the file name as app1.csv
Our SchemaAccountJob is scheduled thrice a day and when the job runs, not all the 15 csv data files will be available in data files folder & hence saviynt updates the overall SchemaAccountJob status as Failure. When we check the details of the failure, it's the file missing error. Ex: let's say app1.sav-app10.sav files are available during the job run, error is displayed for app11.sav-app15.sav saying the it didn't find the data files to process the import. This is causing unnecessary alerting on job failures & audit queries seeing the job status as failure. We are trying to find a way to avoid the same.
While creating the trigger as well, we don't have an option as to which SAV files to run during the scheduled time. So, Saviynt picks all the SAV files and process them when SchemaAccountJob is triggered.
Appreciate the insights.

Yes this is issue with schema file, i have created enhancement request for same

What is alternative solution?
Create analytics report to fetch failure for schema application . In application use some customproperty to specifying frequency of import such as daily weekly monthly based on that skip failure line items. This works as expected 😉
