Schema based entitlement owner import

Hi Team,

We are using schema based entitlement owner import and it is working fine to add owners to entitlements but after every run the data file moves to the 'Success' folder. We need to automate this process to pick up the same data file everyday. Can someone advise what is the way to make sure the data file stays in the same folder without moving to Success or Failed

Thank you

@shivmano ,

What is the actual use case? Why you want to import same file everyday?

We have issue with rank 1 owners being removed for AD based entitlements in 23.11 and we are observing different issues in 23.12 so we cant move to that right now. so as workaround we need the rank 1 owners updated manually after the AD import removes them

Hi @shivmano,

Same file will works for existing entitlements but what about newly imported entitlements/groups, don't you need to add the entry in the CSV file for them?

if there will be new requestable entitlements, then the csv file will be updated accordingly. this is going to be workaround until we move to 23.12 where this issue seems to be fixed

You can hold of file getting moved to success/failed folder. Using custom extension copy file again to data files.

Success/ Failed folder used for Audit purpose

can you please explain what do you mean by using custom extension? If it is about copying files out of an FTP server to Saviynt using custom action, then that is going to be a tedious task for a temporary solution. I was hoping to check if there is any other way relatively simpler
