Schema Account Import - Issue with status field import

Hi Team,

While using schema import for accounts file, in case of disconnected application, some application has a status value of "True"/"False" or "enabled"/"disabled". Does Saviynt support these status values or it should be only 0 or 1. Also validate that if it supports, what are the configurations that needs to be done.

In Saviynt, you can map custom statuses for accounts based on the values in your input file during schema import. You are not restricted to using only 0 or 1 as status values.

To configure custom status mappings, you can use the "statusAndThresholdConfig" JSON parameter in the schema file. For example, if your input file has status values of "enabled" and "disabled", you can map them to "1" and "0" respectively using the following configuration:

{
"statusAndThresholdConfig": {
  "statusColumn": "status",
  "activeStatus": ["enabled"],
  "inactiveStatus": ["disabled"],
  "deleteLinks": true,
  "accountThresholdValue": 1000,
  "correlateInactiveAccounts": false,
  "inactivateAccountsNotInFile": false }
}

In this configuration, "statusColumn" specifies the column name in the input file that contains the status values. "activeStatus" and "inactiveStatus" are the values that should be mapped to active and inactive statuses in Saviynt respectively.

Make sure to update the configuration based on your specific status values and requirements.

Thank you @itinjic for your response.

Can You please confirm is it applicable for disconnected applications. Also please confirm if this parameter needs to be updated in the SAV file as I don't see this parameter in the below documentation.

Yes, the "statusAndThresholdConfig" parameter can be used for disconnected applications as well. This parameter allows you to map custom statuses for accounts based on the values in your input file during schema import, regardless of whether the application is connected or disconnected.
