Some of our scheduled account and access recon jobs has been running without any issues for a long period of time. The two jobs recently (from 31st May) started at unscheduled times and for the last couple of days have stopped executing. Last execution was on the 2nd of June.

Could this be due to scheduling issues?
The application api tests without issues. And can't see any specific errors in the logs.

Please check job history for any of the job getting overlapped, this issue may occur due to overlapping of jobs or the scheduled jobs running for more time and blocking the others jobs from execution.
For now please try restarting the system and check if all jobs are executed at right time.
