SAVRole not assigned even though user update rule ran

Hi,

I am trying to assign a specific SAVRole through a user update rule. 

Below is the user update rule.

The rule ran but the SAVRole was not assigned.

Please can you help me address this issue.

Can you check in pending tasks if task is created for your Saviynt endpoint to assign the SAV role? If so you need to run the provisioning job for the Saviynt endpoint to complete the pending task for the SAV role to be added to the user.

The only pending task is a user update task.

There are no completed tasks related to the SAVRole for the saviynt endpoint either.

Can you check in the logs if its showing any additional details?

There are no errors in the logs.

Hello @Rosy_J_Nsonde,

Does your identity on which you're performing the test has an account on Saviynt endpoint ?

If not, you might add the Account in your technical rule.

I updated the rule to add the saviynt account and it worked.

The SAV role was added.
