SaviyntApp for SNOW Catalog Request Error

Hello,

We're getting this error when trying to place an entitlement request from the SaviyntApp catalog item. Has anyone encountered the same error?

As a note we do have the endpoint requestable on the Saviynt side, and the application is included in the catalog item.

Hi @GOE ,

Can you please verify if the entitlement is active and if you're able to find the entitlement under the application.

Also please check if the application you're trying to place entitlement request has any duplicate application catalog items.

We found that we could only use app catalog items created as part of application import to the Saviynt App. We were trying to use a customized catalog item we had built.

Hi @GOE ,

just following up on it, are you still facing the issue?

Yes, we can only use application catalog items created with respective of saviynt application. Custom catalog items created manually on snow cannot be used.
