Hi Team,
We have configured Saviynt App for ServiceNow, User, Accounts, Applications, Entitlement has been imported properly but if I want to raise the request then I am not able to find the Application option under Saviynt catalog.
Please let me know how to enable Application option.

Once all the above things are validated you can check it on the ARS.

Does required sav role is added to service account?

Yes, I ran Import in Snow again and it populating now.

Ensure all the connections and workflows are selected properly, and Automated Provisioning is enabled at the SS level.

Hi @stalluri , Yes I checked everything mapped properly and one more thing we have around 50 applications imported in snow but I can only few in application page while raising the request. Where should I check ?

Make sure the Sav role is assigned to all applications that you want to import.

What is connector used for missing apps not visible in snow app ?

Hi Team,
Now I can raise the request and its coming in Saviynt as well. But the issue here is we have added WF in snow. Once we approve the request it will create task in Saviynt but in snow we are getting "ars request cannot be updated in this state" error. And if we reject the request still task getting created in Saviynt.
What could be the issue ?

Check the workflows in both Saviynt and SNOW, and also check the mappings on both sides.
The following table lists the status of requests in Saviynt and ServiceNow.

Isssue is resolved we did not attached manager approval in Saviynt.
