SaviyntApp for ServiceNow Applications not visible

Hi Team,

 

We have configured Saviynt App for ServiceNow, User, Accounts, Applications, Entitlement has been imported properly but if I want to raise the request then I am not able to find the Application option under Saviynt catalog.

Please let me know how to enable Application option.

Few things to check.

  1. Security system make sure you have workflow selected.
    > Access Add Workflow
    > Access Remove Workflow
  2.  Endpoint level make sure you have enabled requestbale option.
    > Requestable
  3. Run the MicroserviceJob at job control panel.

Once all the above things are validated you can check it on the ARS.

@stalluri Thanks for the reply, Now I can see the Application option but When I clicked on it below page populated.

Does required sav role is added to service account?

Assign the Role_admin, Run the import, and validate the catalog.

Yes, I ran Import in Snow again and it populating now.

I raise the request but it got cancelled in snow .

Ensure all the connections and workflows are selected properly, and Automated Provisioning is enabled at the SS level.

Hi @stalluri , Yes I checked everything mapped properly and one more thing we have around 50 applications imported in snow but I can only few in application page while raising the request. Where should I check ?

Make sure the Sav role is assigned to all applications that you want to import.

Hi Team,

Now I can raise the request and its coming in Saviynt as well. But the issue here is we have added WF in snow. Once we approve the request it will create task in Saviynt but in snow we are getting "ars request cannot be updated in this state" error. And if we reject the request still task getting created in Saviynt.

 

What could be the issue ?

Check the workflows in both Saviynt and SNOW, and also check the mappings on both sides.
