Saviynt request status not refreshing in the Request item on SaviyntAPP(SNOW)

Hello Everyone,

Issue: When workflow engine is set up as Saviynt in snow app and a request is raised in ServiceNow, a parallel request is created in Saviynt. Once the request is actioned up on Saviynt, tasks are provisioned and request status is completed, but respective request status is not refreshing on it's ServiceNow request.

Could you please let me know if anyone come across this issue and provide the details how to resolve.

 

FYI - I did followed below forum post but it didn't work.

@AMavurapu : Does the service account used has only one SAV Role or multiple SAV roles?

@Saathvik , let me remove ROLE_ADMIN and validate, will update the results once after validation done.

Issue remains same even after removing ROLE_ADMIN from service account.
