Saviynt Request Due date mismatch in UI

Hello Team,

We have a need that any access request made in Saviynt be automatically refused after 15 days if the approver (assignee) does not respond.
This was configured in Workflow, and the request is automatically rejected after 15 days of no activity from the assignee (approver). However, in the Saviynt UI, the Request submission date and Due date of the request (auto rejection date) are displayed as 10 days instead of 15 days.

Which is misleading, is there a possibility that we could correct this from in UI by making config changes?

Is it globally defined that all the application will follow the same request cycle? or could we defined different to different applications (ex. app 1 will auto-reject after 10 days, app 2 will auto reject after 15 days)?

Regards,
Imran Syed

Request expiry is defined in global configuration which is global for all applications. Request rejection can be configured less than equls to days configured in global configuration under workflows
