Hi All,
We are using Saviynt4Saviynt Endpoint to make SAV roles requestable to end user. I have created seperate workflow (manager approval) just for that and assigned to SAV role entitlement type.
Problem is you can request for role, add and submit but there is no approval task or request ID generated for this. The request basically vanishes and is not under pending access nor with manager for approval.
Anyone have any ideas what is happening here?

Hi All,
Found the issue, the create task action was blank under security system. Changed to entitlement and working now
