Hi all,

We are looking at the Saviynt App for SNOW integration and had a question regarding the type of requests that can be submitted in SNOW with this app. Can an end-user go to the Saviynt App in SNOW and submit a request to create/register a new user? What about one-click disable? Are these other 'user requests' available in the Saviynt App? Or can the Saviynt App only manage access requests (create accounts, add access, remove access, add roles etc.)

Users can provision, de-provision, and reconcile their accounts through this integration.

So to confirm - features like 'create user request', 'one-click disable' etc, which is available in the EIC UI, can't be used or are not available in the Saviynt app, right?

Yes
