Saviynt App for ServiceNow - error on users import into SNow

SNow version: Utah
Saviynt App version: 2.02
Saviynt version: 23.8

Test connection working as expected.  However, when trying to import users into SNOw, operation is failing.  Testing filter comes back with an error message: "Received invalid response. Check filter format or connection".

We tried pretty much all possible filter syntaxes based on documentation (e.g. user.departmentname = ‘My Department’, user.departmentname = 'My Department', etc).  Attached is a screenshot of the error received...

Anyone has encountered such issues?

Issue resolved when the "Run User Link of Saviynt Users to ServiceNow Users" was clicked under the User Link Properties page
