Looks like the catalog item is manually modified and the field was added. Can you please confirm if the catalog item is not modified and you're still seeing it twice. Please confirm with your servicenow team once regarding same.
If you want to disable 'select who you are requesting for', validate if this column and 'Requested for' column are displaying same values by checking on the respective catalog item's variables. IOf both are displaying same values then go ahead and select the variable for 'select who you are requesting for' by editing the catalog item and deactivate it by deleting the variable.
