SAV Role Specific Analytics

Hi Team,

We are trying to map a specific analytic report to SAV Role. we have added the specific Analytics under SAV Role. But still it's not being displayed under user access. 

We have made the modifications to the SAV Role Feature Access, but no luck.

Saviynt version we are using is V2020.1.2

- Does report having records ?

- Does report have owner assigned ?

Please find the details requested.

SAV Role Extract:

Report having 40k records

Report having owner assigned as an user group.

It's showing all the analytics, but want to display only one analytics which was assigned at SAV Role Level

if report is having owner then its additional access filter . User needs to be part of user group "Testing" to view report 🙂

User is already part of User Group, but they are able to see all other analytics. But we need to restrict only one analytics which is assigned to SAV Role.

Does user see analytics tab when he login & share logs once he click on analytics tab

Yes, user is able to view the Analytics and they have access to run other analytics as well. But as per requirement they can see only one Analytics.

You need to add other roles into SAV Role

i have added the required feature access already. But it's showing all the analytics. Which access needs to be added to restrict only specific analytic to display under user profile.

All other reports which are not mapped under sav - if those are common to all users then you can add under ROLE_USERS (End user sav role) then this should work

I have assigned all the Analytics under ROLE_ADMIN. As it's shouldn't be displayed for ROLE_USER. Main objective is to display only one analytics which is added under ROLE_ANALYTICS.

ROLE_ANALYTICS user is still able to see all the analytics.
