We have a created a new SAV role and added the access of Reset Account Password for Others. When the users login, they are able to see the tile and menu. However when they click on the tile or try to go to Reset Account Password for Others from the left hand menu, the user is getting redirected to the home page. Is there any other permissions which needs to be done for this to work?
We are running 23.3

Have you enabled the option below at the SAV role level? Try enabling this option.
Along with the access added, we need to add the following change password options too.
