SAV File - Pre Processor

Hello,

We are working on our SAV file and are trying to map values for the users on create. So for example we have: firstname, lastname, manager, secondarymanager.

However, the secondarymanager field keeps reading in as empty. We will map the same username for manager and secondarymanager in the users file just for testing and it will only map for manager. Are we missing a configuration for the SAV role? Has anyone encountered this before?

I read on Freshdesk that secondarymanager is a Foreign Key to the user table. Not sure if than the attribute secondarymanager needs to be called from a different table?
