SAV_ENDUSER cannot create a campaign after upgrading EIC

Our environment has a SAV_ROLE of ROLE_CUSTOM_ENDUSER that copies all of ROLE_SAV_ENDUSER.


Previous versions of 23.11 allowed users in this SAV ROLE to create Campaigns, but after the update to v24.3 they cannot create Campaigns.

 

Feature access related to Campaigns is as follows:

In the Campaign List, Create Campaign should appear in the red box below.

Should I add other feature accesses with the upgrade?

This is expected behavior end users should not be able to create campaigns

Please provide the sav role ROLE_SAV_CAMPAIGN_ADMIN to create the campaign.

Following features are available to End users for campaign. 

  • Certifications:

    • View the Campaign dashboard.

    • View the status of a campaign and download data for each campaign from the Campaign List page.

    • Manage campaign templates from the Campaign Template List page.

    • View scheduled campaigns from the Scheduled Campaign page.

    Note

    Users assigned to the ROLE_SAV_ENDUSER SAV role can edit only the campaign templates they own. However, they can view all other campaign templates in read-only mode.
