.sav and .csv files not working for multiple files

Hi Experts , 

I tried creating mutiple sav and .csv files for uploading of csv files but the system only recognise the default ones 

Accounts.csv and Accounts.sav , no other file is being picked . Could you please help

  • where are you uploading? attachments / file directory
  • what is size of file ?
  • What is error message in logs /Browser console?

Hi Rushikesh , 

i am uploading all sav files under FileDirectory/SAV and csv files under FileDirectory/Datafiles .File sizes are hardly 2 kb 

For testing all files are same just the file name under sav file and csv file name is different . 

The system is not reading the octopus.sav file at all , it just reads the Accounts.csv and the job says successful 

sav file should always ends with Accounts.sav

Try renaming your file to end with accounts.sav - Octopus_Accounts.sav and the schema accounts import will process the filename mentioned in Octopus_Accounts.sav file.
