Hello,
If I remember correctly, someone with a Sav Admin role should be able to view all request whether it was created by them or not. Right now the only available access I see is the ability to view all request created by them for themselves or others. Has that changed recently or am I missing something? Our Admin role needs to be able to see all request created by anyone, is there a way to achieve that?

Can you confirm if the below configuration is same in your instance under ROLE_ADMIN SAV role?

We do have that, but I also see this in the Feature Access list and it's the only option I see when I search for request history.
