Hi Team,
When we add SAP Hana role through BR. we are getting error "Failed to execute: Create index RuleIndex_username on Users(username) because: Duplicate key name 'RuleIndex_username'"
I have checked if there is any username duplicate in user table and other rule related tables , I don't see any duplicate values in username. Any idea on this error? Thanks.

The major issue was pending task not generated for the SAP BR access, even they satisfy the condition.
