Salesforce Entitlement Owner Certification Issue

We use OOB Salesforce connector and when we launch Entitlement Owner Access Reviews for SFDC apps, the entitlement owners select revoke action for SFDC profile but the tasks are stuck in pending as it's the only profile available for the user (Single dropdown enttype selection in Saviynt as well as Salesforce)

How do we handle this scenario for SFDC connectors?

Are you requesting profiles as well through Saviynt?

Yes, Profiles are requested via Saviynt

You can have only 1 profile at a time and which can’t be blank. hence keeping profile for review is not good idea in this case new profile should be updated via ars or account should be removed

Yes, that's Salesforce behaviour but it does have to be reviewed per various compliance regulations.

Is there a way in entitlement owner campaign when a specific entitlement is removed, need to trigger disable account task for the user? I'm looking for options to avoid manually review and trigger disable account for SFDC account.
