We have a scenario of accounts get directly disabled in Salesforce target, that has to be re-activated in Saviynt.
Saviynt will allow requestor to raise new account/entitlements request for the inactivated users ( Disable new account request if already exists - this will not help) and then task will fail saying user already exists.
1. How to Check account status if its inactive then reject the request with the steps in Workflow? (any syntax for sql query /accounts.status eq to use in if condition ?)
2. Enable Account - any inputs - what is the better way to implement ?
Hi Darshan, This config should stop the user from submitting New account request if the user has an inactive account. - but its not doing., i think its bug in the product.
any other ways we can handle Enable Account scenario ?
Have you enabled this configuration under global configuration?
If not, please enable this configuration and you should be able to see 'Enable Account' button under the ARS form if the account is in disabled state. Please let me know if this helps.
Can you check in the older UI for this application as from v23.5 Request access for others tile ( classic UI is directly exposed in Home page ) and going forward we are looking forward to use the Classic UI rather than the new UI.
If you use the older UI, then it shouldnt show the new Account cart button
