Hi All,
When Account is inactive in Salesforce - It will show in Saviynt ( if we enable global setting for 'Show inactive accounts in ARS'), if user try to click on 'Modify' button in ARS it will allow user to request and the task will fail as user already exists.
Is there way we can put validation at GSP level to the end user when he click on Modify of an InActive account that " first account has to be Enabled and then request entitlements..................." ?
any input on this
Thanks,
suresh

Hi @IAM_99
You may need to write a function in gsp page to do that , but its not recommended.
If i understand correctly you want users not to submit modify request when account is inactive right?
Thanks

Yeah Darshan, not only that we have custom combination to stop user at ars like validation message.
Do you have any details/sample about GSP changes on this scenario?

Why don't you configure the 'Enable' account option under the endpoint to force the user to first enable the account and then proceed with the access request? Ideally, in these cases, the user should first enable the account (which can be auto approved or an approval process can be setup) and then go with the modification of access.
