Hi,

Could you provide the list of RTL (Right to Left) languages supported in latest version?

I understand Arabic was supported in 5.5, but not sure on any additions post that. 

Additionally, in case a customer wants an entirely new end user UI language to be supported. Does it only require property file modifications? Or are there any other efforts required?

You can change language and user's locale field define user defined language
