Hi Team,

We are facing some issues with requesting access for Enterprise Roles.

We have created 3 types of Roles, 

1. Role 1, has access to App A and App B

2. Role 2 who has access to App A and App C

3. Role 3 user who has access to only App D

In this format, we have created the roles and assigned entitlements to each of the roles.

The problem is that we are unable to submit requests for these Roles.

We goto Saviynt ARS and request for the roles, they are requestable for me or any other user with a manager and it's telling us that the request was submitted. 

Yet there is no Request Number shown in the page nor is it visible.

We are not able to find in Request History any details of Roles,we see only Application Requests.
please do let us know if we are doing anything incorrectly.

Any previous request for same role in in progress / pending tasks ?

does account is mandatory ( check global configuration under roles)

Account Required In All Endpoints in Global Config and made this option as No and it started working.
