Roles to Entitlement Switch

Hi All,

For one of the application, we are switching from roles to entitlement approach.

We need to remove entitlements and users from the existing roles because those roles are no longer used in Saviynt. Is there any way we can un-link all the users to roles association from backend?

Also please suggest a best approach to switch from roles to entitlement.

• Raise remove role request and complete task manually.

You can’t delete roles but deactivate the roles using import sheet or using enhanced query job

• Use user update rule to match any conditions and action can be 'deprovision role' and related access 
• One more approach if all users have different/random conditions, use bulk user request to remove role
