Roles are not listed while raising a request using “Request Access for Others – Multi User”

While requesting a role for multiple users using “Request Access for Others – Multi User”, roles are not listed to add to the cart. I could see other requestable apps but not roles. Please suggest.

Is there any config miss from us. Or roles are not requested though “Request Access for Others – Multi User”

What do you mean by roles ? Enterprise roles never requestable from multi user tab.

Do you know the reason why enterprise roles are not requested through “Request Access for Others – Multi User”

Also, does application roles are requested through “Request Access for Others – Multi User”

You can raise enhancement request for raising bulk request for enterprise role via ideas portal.

 

application role can be raised via multi user ui / file upload
